DeepMind logoDeepMind is a leading company for artificial intelligence research and applications. Founded in London in 2010, by Demis Hassabis, Shane Legg and Mustafa Suleyman, DeepMind has been acquired by Google in 2014, and is now part of the Alphabet group.

Engaged in research and applications in multiple domains of AI, DeepMind is especially famous for developing AlphaGo, a program playing the board game Go that beat the world champion Lee Sedol in 2016. It is also famous for developing AlphaZero, a program that mastered not just Go, but also chess and shogi.
